To make Laccha Paratha, mix whole wheat flour, water and a pinch of salt to obtain a smooth and elastic dough. Unlike regular paratha, where the dough is rolled out on a flat surface, racha paratha involves an extra step. Roll small pieces of dough into thin circles, brush with ghee (clarified butter) or oil, then fold and stack similar to folding a fan or accordion.
