LEMON RICE

Lemon Rice is a popular South Indian rice dish known for its aromatic flavors and refreshing taste. It is  cooked rice which is cobined with the soury and tangy flavor of fresh lemon juice, seasoned with aromatic spices, and garnished with crunchy nuts and fresh herbs.

Lemon Rice has a sunny and appealing appearance. The rice grains are coated with a bright yellow color from the turmeric and lemon juice. It’s  garnished with  green curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves, and  includes contrasting textures from the fried peanuts.
